I received my order from LaRue Tactical today.  The magnifier mount is a very nice piece.  It compliments the GG&G mount I have for my EoTech very well.

But, is it nicer than a plastic flashlight mount?

Me too.  That is the Po Boy magnifier isnt it?

It is in fact the Po Boy.  Although I haven't put a round through it with the magnifier on it yet, it seems like a decent piece.  I magnifies the EoTech as advertised.

I have a surplus Hensholt with the rangefinder tank reticle in it.  It was manufactured in 1981 and came in the original sealed foil pouch.    It is very clear and edge to edge sharpness is really good with no tint.   I think it's actually better optically  than the Aimpoint magnifier that I looked at a few months back.   It also has a mount for an illuminater and if you shine a flashlight into the top port , it illuminates the rangefinder reticle.

Larue takes the reticle out and re-fills with Nitrogen, but for $14.97 that I paid for mine, I can live with the rangefinder.   Think CTD still has them at this price.
