If you can use a fake magnifier with it, I can't imagine you wouldn't be able to use the real thing.

They are absolutely compatible, but it is just impossible to get the 4x out of EOTech at the monent....production has been slowed with demand from other product line. |

I have a eotech 4x slightly used i am thinking about getting rid of. Been on my AR for about 3 months. 2 ranges trips with about 300 rounds of use. IM me if you are interested.

I wouldn't pay more, but I was curious if there was a problem due to the 4 dot reticule of the .233, but it doesn't sound like there's an issue. Cool beans!

I actually like the 4x better than the 3x. The 4x has a "square" field of view just like the 557...
