Rock River Arms has one that's similar, but the site is fixed.  This one APPEARS to me to be flip up/down.  Anyone know if this mount exists?

Looks like an ARMS mount.

It has a built-in #40 flip up rear sight. Its in the "up" posiiton shown, the picture you have it would be down.
