Looking at the Burrris 1x4 XTR with a fast fire on top of the scope ring. Is this a good idea or is it to high?

We did these just for the purpose of mounting an MRD to a scope at any angle the end user requires. SAR Rings

Most rings mount at the 12 position such as this requires a chin weld sorta speak. With the SAR ring, you can keep the same cheek weld and just roll the rifle slightly to pick up the dot. Hope this helps.

Or go the Larue way with a 137 mount. I have my ount just waiting on the docters 7MOA. But it would look like this
