I'm going with the DIY option.

Received my kit this week and installed it today. Piece of cake. They decided to include a plastic template that makes aligning the washers on the sticky side of the bumper pad a no-brainer. It took longer to scrape off the old foam glue than to install the new bumper and springs. I have to hand it to them, they made the repair as easy as can be.

Yea.. it's funny.. there repair kit is better designed then the optic it was made for....

I wonder when my Aimpoint repair kit will show up.. I've been waiting for over 5 yrs now...

The Maytag and the Aimpoint repair man both have nothing to do.
