Very good quality, and seems to be pretty much "Idiot, and Bullet proof". Mounted it in a high LaRue QD mount and it co-witnesses perfectly in the bottom 1/3 of the optic.

Wih 50,000 hours of battery life, it'll be on 24/ 7 for more than 5 years. The only issue with all RDS optics, is selecting the right brightness for the condition. Fortunately it has 9 settings. 4 NVD, and 5 non NVD.

Im a AIMPOINT user since 1999

I did change my batt even though it didnt need it
ran for 7 years without any problems

Its a Larue cantilever/ML2 on a LMT Defender 2000 M4 14.5

I have a Spare LMT/bushy lower m4 it has a EOTECH 551

3 times NOW I have found it DEAD with New batts in it ???

I will trade it on the BETTER AIMPOINT
