Although I have owned several Colt SP-1's, A-2, 3's etc, I recently acquired a like new Colt 3x9 scope for the first time.
This may sound stupid, but I never have looked through a Colt AR scope until this one, and I find the post is vertical from the 12 o'clock down to the mid-line reticle. I am used to a 6 o'clock in my old Redfield 2 3/4 carbine scope and one other old Weaver, and in the Colt the post is reversed. Is this normal, or is the post adjustable? I have not messed with it as it is in new condition.
I cannot find any threads on this nor any info on the reticle picture through the search engine.
Thanks in advance.
