 I bought it off ebay for 38 shipped. It is in new conditon. I was told it was a Bushy and Im interested to hear if it really is. I am fairly new to this game and I couldnt find anything in the FAQ's or on the BM site about the forge mark. Thanks!

FWIW - that's the same forge mark that's on my RRA upper.

There is no way to determine if your carry handle is a Bushmaster as they don't use any distinguising marks. I have seen that forge code on Bushmaster and Colt carry handles.

Isn't that the cardinal forging marking. They are a reputable foundry. Nothing chinzy (sp) there. IIRC they supply many of the AR manufacturers. HTH.
