I don't have my hakko blue ring yet( i know cheap jap stuff but when I get some$ i'll get a aim point) I never mounted optics on my flat top. what kind of mounts will i need? I would like to keep the lowest profile that I can, if this issue has been addressed please point me in the right direction.

SWFA has a large selection of Aimpoint mounts that will work for you.

My personal favorite is the A.R.M.S. mount.

Larue Tactical also makes some of the best mounts.

I like the Picatinny Riser QD (LT101) for 137.50. but dang that is expensive for a scope mount! anything like it close to a good price
