Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - NM sight question

New to Ar's just got removable carry handle with NM rear sight reading up on zeroing it speaks of 8/3 on elavtion wheel mine goes from 0-20 how do i use this set up? I read the sticky and don't understand it very much can someone please help.
