Which Butler Creek Flip-out cover for TR21R & MK4 MR/T M2 SPR

Did a search and found nada. Got these scopes enroute and would like to get Butler Creek Flip-out covers. Any info on cover sizes (fron/rear bells) greatly appreciated.

The TR21R uses a 02 OBJ for the front and either a 17 OBJ or a 14 EYE for the rear (depending on which you prefer). I don't know about the MK4.

The Leupold M4 1.5-5X20MM MR/T M2 SPR has an Objective diameter of 1.2" and Eyepiece diameter of 1.7". Would this mean that I get a size 02 OBJ (1.221, +.025 to -.01) and a size 18 EYE (1.700, +.025 to -.01). I'm totally newb to the optics game.

ETA: Got the Butler Creek Flip-Open Covers. It is confirmed, Trijicon Accupoint TR21R: 02 OBJ and 14 EYE. For the Leupold M4 1.5-5X20MM MR/T M2 SPR: 01 OBJ and 18 EYE.
