I know that 553's are supposed to be out in about two months or so,,,, what about the magnifier?  I used an aimpoint 3x behind the eotech 552 on my one m4, and I was very impressed with it and liked it for the longer range shots.....

I have seen pics of the magnifier, but no projections on availability...

anyone?? anyone??

The EOTech magnifier is currently under development.  No word on when it will be released.
