If those throw levers were designed to hold bicycle rims securely to the bike frame, or a fat ass’s seat post in the frame ,I’m sure they’ll hold a EOTech to the receiver!

Plus, as pointed out already, he bead blasted them to remove the shine, and probably to aid in adhesion of the finish.
