As stated, you look over the fixed BUIS. I for the longest time liked fixed BUIS, but then I saw the error in my ways. It DOES clutter up sight picture, cannot us a magnifier or a NV devices, adds weight and bulk to your weapon.

Remember that your BUIS is just that, a BACK UP. In the event that your EOTech goes down, you can actually use the window of the EOTech as a sighting tool. Center mass hits out to 50yds is not a problem. Once you were behind cover, you would then deploy your irons (if need be).
