Its from centerfire systems and only $40.
Should I steer clear or buy it?
How do you tell which is USGI and which isn't?
LMT offers one, but it is over a $100

Just my opinion:

You would be better off getting a carry handle produced by a well known maker like a Bushmaster, RRA or Colt.  I believe that in the case of a carry handle you get what you pay for, unless you get an awesome deal in the EE that is.
