I'm not as young as alot of you guys here and the iron sights are a bit fuzzy.  I was told about a replacement for the rear A2 sights that has a small lens in it to help see the front sight better.  It is made by B Jones.  Anyone given these a try?  Thoughts? Issues?

Just tell him what correction you need and he'll supply the correct lens.

Lots of high-power competetive shooters use those or similar ones.  They work from what I've heard from guys that need corrective lenses.  (I don't yet, but probably soon)  You might want to post on the accurate AR competition forum under General here.    Lot's of those guys need glasses, I would know since I've shot with them before.  (just kidding, they kick my behind every time)
