I have an EOTech 512, so I'm asking this for a friend.  He has a holosight model 400 made by EOTech for Bushnell several years ago.  It has a long battery compartment with buttons on the right side and a vertical window at the back.  The window has no protective hood and is extremely vulnerable to damage.  He has been told (I don't know by whom) that EOTech once made an add-on hood for this sight but he can't seem to find one now that this version is very outdated.  Heck, Bushnell went so far as to tell him that they never had a model 400 and the female customer service representative basically went so far as to tell him he was crazy, even though he got their phone number from his model 400 owner's manual.  Anyone have any ideas where he might find a dealer with a stockpile of Bushnell parts?
