Wondering what this little mountain/ghost/anvil looking thingy mark is on this A2 carry handle means? What forging mark? I bought it a few years ago with a RRA rifle. Also my FSB has an "F" followed by 3 numbers at bottom right side. Is this what they mean by an "F" marked FSB?

Hope you can see the mark on handle pic.
