First time ever today I look into the ACOG and I see TWO donuts. One bright donut in the center of the scope where it is supposed to be and another fainter donut to the upper left that slightly overlaps the center donut.

Closing the weak eye makes the second donut go away. Also after shooting for a bit the second donut went away even with both eyes open. Despite the dual donuts, I shot pretty well.

I've been shooting an ACOG for years and never had this problem before? Anybody out there have any familiarity with this subject?
