I'm planning on getting a YHM 2 piece folding sight gas block.  I'll ask about the wisdom of that in another thread.  

The question is:  I would want to put a tritium sight in it. Which one is best and why?  And also, since it appears that the dot is only on one side of the sight, how are they adjusted?  Do I have to  turn it all the way around to adjust the height?
