Smith Enterprise Tactical Scope Mount  ? I was thinking about buying it for my bushnell trophy scope for my AR. Or if you have any suggestions, I am open to them. Thanks Jeremy  Here is the link. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?id=0031468227391a&navCount=12&podId=0031468&parentId=cat20758&navAction=jump&cmCat=MainCatcat20712&catalogCode=IF&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat20758&hasJS=true

Let's make this thing hot. Haven't tried it myself, but I know Smith Enterprise makes good stuff.

They can't help if they haven't used one....... And most don't mount optics on an A2 handle these days.  That being said, I have one. Every bit as good as the ARMS #2. Not much difference in price.

If you have a longer scope tube, ARMS makes the #2 in a longer length. That's nice if you need more eye relief.

The rail is mil-spec, or at least mine is. The finish is more of a Colt gray then black. The mounting knob is well made and it secures on the handle well. Keep in mind that it is not a Weaver rail so some Weaver rings may not fit on it just right. Same with the ARMS 2 or a flat-top.

Smith is good stuff. They also make some great AR tools.

As long as the thumb screw has a locking mech. (it appears that it does), it should be fine.  Although for the price, I personally would go with what I know to be good...ARMS #2.
