Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - GG&G Eotech mount....Anyone tried it?

I've decided on getting an Eotech for my M-4 and am considering this mount. Can anyone recommend this or disuade me from making this choice. Thanks in advance for the info.

Hi PIGMAN08,
GG&G are good mounts I like them.  The LaRue are really popular mounts also.  If you do not plan on taking it on and of a lot you really do not need one.

I have a GG&G on an EOTech 512 mounted to Ar15 and dig it. solid quality, easy setup, affordable, makes it modular with flick of the lever and IMHO, modular is always the best bet as being modular has no real downfalls, but several benefits.

I have them on my 2 EOTechs and would recommend them to anyone.
