I bought this scope a few months ago from a friend. Are these old Colt scopes decent quality? My friend bought it new in the 80's and never even mounted it on a gun. I think it's over 20 years old.

I don't know how well they would stack up to today's scopes, but they were generally well regarded in their time.
I would love one for my truck AR for 'yotes. I will bow to those better in the know. |

They're good to go. I'd like to have one for my retro gun, but never have the money in hand when they come up.
