Is there such a thing ?  Id like to mount a scope on the riser, then flip a lever or two and have quick access to the reciver to mount/remount a night vision scope.

I found this http://www.armsmounts.com/catalog.php?action=124&item_id=85

This brings up another question.  How much do Arms throw-lever rings stick out to the side ?  Im wondering how much they would rub your side if your carrying the rifle on your side.

The side that has the throw levers sticks out about 22-23mm from the outside edge of the rail.

To give you an idea / reference they stick out to the side about 2-3mm more than the charging handle does. They obviously stick out more than a "standard" ring does, but given the number of people using them it doesn't seem like it is much of an issue.

The picture below is a set of High Rings on a "Standard AR Flattop".

You can put the mount or the rings on so that the throw levers are on either side, so you can put them on the opposite side that you tend to carry on if you are worried about them being an issue.

Hope this helps, Good Luck,
"Capt Richardson"
