I recently had an AR-10 built which shoots unbelievably well with glass. However, I'm a strong believer in back up irons. I've got a KAC 300M on the back of the reciever rail. The gas block is the type with a rail on top. However, the top of the gas block rail appears to be about 0.5" lower than the receiver rail.

What are my options for a flip up front sight?

Thanks in advance.

The GG&G version is really well made. There are two versions, make sure you find the AR 10 model. (This is the taller AR15 version)
