With a LT SPR (LT104) Scope Mount and a 3-9 MR/T on a flat top will I be able to get a true nose to charging handle cheekweld throughout the magnification range?  Or would this require the "EER" mount?

(The only one I have had past experience with & access to is permanently mounted on a 223 Remington 700, a very sweet setup.)

Depends on the scope. I have one with a Leupold that is just a tad short at max magnification for the nose to touch the charging handle, and the scope is all the way forward in the mount. I think the same thing happened with a Burris I tried. I should have got the EER, then the scope could be more centered too.

I guess it also depends how long your nose is
