Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Opinions on EOTech 510 with the single dot reticle?

I dislike the 65MOA circle concept, and it looks like the only EOTech single-dot reticle available is one of the Model 510 units.  Anybody have one of these?  Are they less robust than the 550-series?  Opinions please, and thanks in advance.

Someone will no doubt tell me to just get an Aimpoint if I want a single dot.  I love my Aimpoint (AR) but I'm now considering an EOTech for a FAL...
