What bullet are the 223 cams in scopes calibrated for ie: Lupy, IOR.  Also what fps

I know that for the leupold its a 55gn. at 3200 fps i.o.r. i'm not sure about.
Check out www.kentonindustries.com for custom cams tailored to whatever load you may use

Luepy makes cams in there MRT line for 55 (i think) and 62 and 77 (i know)........................
