I have a flat top Bushmaster AR15 and ordered the badger standard height ring mounts for my Super Sniper 10X42 side focus scope.  It seems like the standard height is the way to go as far as some of the pictures I have seen on the pic forum and I think it will give me good cheek to stock comfort. If anyone else has a flat top with the Badger mounts can you post a pic? Thanks!

i used super highs on mine and it was perfect, switch to just high's when i added the arms ext rail since eye relief was a problem but any lower would have been too low for me.
