Does the ARMS 22M68 come with the base or not?

Need to know. From the pics it looks like it does, but...

That's what I thought, and what the pics show. But I was just assured by SWFA that it does not in fact come with the base (which looks to be the #17 TL base). This is interesting, because I could not find the #17 on the SWFA site, and I thought that it would be odd to carry the ring, but not the base.

Then someone there misinformed you dude. That $99 price gets you the 2 piece ring, and the throw lever base. You then have to purchase the spacer if you need one, either 1/2, full or cantilever.
