What are the differences in the various Short Dot models?

One has a swapable cam, one is not.  Which has zero stop etc.

There are at least 3 generations for US customers
1. L7 thick reticle.
   11 brightness settings, all visible - no NVD compatiblitiy. Off-detents between all settings
   The scope is not labeled "Short Dot", just 1-4x20
   Elevation clicks of 1/2 MOA, range from -1 to 25MOA (zero stop)
   Only one replaceable BDC cam from 100-700m for 77gn or 75gn
   Impact UP change is clockwise - European style - not American
   Windage from -13 to 13MOA in 1/2 MOA clicks - European style impact RIGHT is clockwise.
   This scope was first sold to American customers in Mesopotamia.
2. L7 or CQB reticle, marked "Short dot"
   Brightness knob has NVD settings
   Direction of knobs reversed to accommodate US habits; UP and RIGHT are now counter-clockwise. 4 BDC cams. This is a very popular model still sold by many dealers here.
3. Lockable turrets for people who are hard users. 1 BDC cam

What I did not cover:
European models probably all rotate clockwise and have 2.5cm or so clicks
I'm not sure which variation had a spare battery compartment.
