I've seen the traditional HK rifle sights on the new HK 416 as a BUIS - are they comparable to A2 sights?   Better or worse?

I've heard good things about them in the past, but I've never shot any HK 9x series rifles, so I don't have any personal knowledge of them.

If they are pretty good, I hope they will be available for sale soon, as I really like the look of them personally.

It's wonderful.  I thought I'd hate it when I got my HK back in the early 90's.  I was wrong.

Unless you have an HK upper, which has a rail about 3/8" higher than a standard A3 flat top, putting a HK buis will be useless and expensive.    But you will get pleasure when you look at your weapon (which is what a lot of people on this board seem to be most interested in).
