I noticed that Burris makes their Signature Zee Rings in an extra high size, does anybody use these on their flattop AR and are they high enough.

Any observations on these rings will be appreciated..

I have a set in 30mm that were on an ATN 5x33LU, height was right on the money, extremely solid and extremely well built. The down side is they are a permanent ring which is fine for a varmint/target type rig but not good for a tactical rifle.

If you want to try a set I will sell or trade mine fairly cheap.

I have a set of high rings on my flat top with a Burris Fulfield.  It is just right.  The scope bell clears the reciever by less than 1/4".

My setup is:
PRI rifle lenght tube
ARMS extended top rail
Burris signature high rings
Burris Fulfield 4-16 power
ARM 40 BUIS

Other than not being quickly removable I have no issues with the setup.

On a side note:
I had it mounted on a flattop without a full length rail and I though it could go a little lower (not much but I though I could have use MED).  I'll try to get pictures if I can
