I tried to search for it and thumb through the pages and I either missed it or just couldn't find anything on it, but.....I have a question.

Can the EOTech mount directly to the RRA Tactical CAR A4 w/out using any adapter?  Do I just remove the carry handle and mount it on top, or can I mount it on top of the carry handle?

For reference this is my rifle

Thanks ahead of time.

You can do either. Although I would recommend ditching the RRA carry handle and putting the EOTech directly on the flattop.

Get rid of your Tac Handle.  Mounting an EOTech up there will render your irons useless.

I agree with M4-guy.  I have that handle and it only worked for an aimpoint.  Go with the RRA Dominator mount or put the eotech on the flat top and go with a BUIS.

Thank you for the quick replies!!!!!   Now I just need to find an EOTech at a low price, hard to find i'm sure...lol.  I thought I saw some where that even the non-night vision ones actually worked w/ night vision.   Any input on that, or where to buy my EOTech from?

Look on EE.  That's where I got mine from.

RRA also makes a Dominator sight assy.  It is a rear sight with a thin (and I mean thin) rail that mounts an Eotech to co-witness (I hate these trendy words) the fixed sights with the sight reticle slightly above the "line of the sights" as you look through the lower portion of the Eotech.  I have one and it seems OK, though I have not yet mounted the Eotech to it and tried it.

I wanted BUIS, and found this setup and the price was right.  I also wanted a single unit with Eotech and BUIS, so both were one unit.  I may be traveling and wanted this setup to take with me to put on an M-4.

Is $355 shipped a good price for the 552 model?

Tac Handle = Aimpoint

Anything else ain't gonna work.   So dump the tac handle or get an Aimpoint

I recently got a promo email from a retailer I buy from often that has the 552 (or 551, your choice) with the GG&G Accucam QD thrown in for free, total, $332. IM me and I'll pass along the email.
