Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - EoTech model 520 question

I have an opprotunity to get a good deal on a 520.  Best I can tell it is a archery site.  Guy who is selling it claims to have used one on his shotgun with great success.

Anyone have experience with this sight?

I still would avoid the purchase.  the sight is robust enough to handle the recoil, but the reticle is not design for a gun and you probably be better off with the base model 502.

I haven't seen one in person, but one has been running on Ebay for $100.

According to Eotech, (I called), it has electronic windage adjustments, just like a gun sight.
But, the elevation is adjusted by the bow mount.
As I said, I haven't seen one, but it was enough to make me wait for a good price on a "gun" Eotech.
