Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - A double header question - What mount and what NV sight

Yes, I know you are asking why I have an M16A1 and want to stick these on......but it is a serious question.

The Gun: M16A1 Carbine with fixed carry handle.
I want an EOTECH 551 on it and a NV sight sitting behing the EOTECH.

Question1: Is there a rail that could take these two pieces (without changing the thing to a flattop, and preferable without changing the whole hand guard section)
Question 2: What is the cost of this suitable rail?
Question 3 : NV to MAX 200m (GEN2 or more). .....What is recommended? Best value? Approximate prices?
