What would be a fair price to ask for a 3-12x 50 Swarovski scope built in Austria ? My friend wants to sell it and get a scope with a range finding reticle. I told him I would post in the EE, but I need a price first. TIA.

I want to give you the smart ass reply with 150.00 and I will gladly take it off his hands.  But seriously just do a search and find it on a couple sites like SFWA and Cabelas then have him knock off some of the price and go from there.  Good glass holds its value well.

Thanks for the reply. We looked it up on SWFA and they have it for $1500. He bought it six months ago and we were wondering how much to mark it down.
