The only function they have is to carry a spare battery on the Aimpoint. It makes for a quick change and is worth it if you dont have some other form of storage on the gun IMHO.

Just about any of the dealers that stock Aimpoints should be able to get you one. Check the industry forum or the EE. |

I think the price is awfully steep for what you're actually getting. 10 cents worth of duct tape will keep an extra battery secure in the hollow of the rifle's pistol grip just as well.

We stock two different styles. One with the strap for Comp M2 and ML2 and one with out the strap for the 7000's and Comp C units.

Wow, that is steep! I'll figure something out. Hell, the price of the tango down vert grip isn't so exspensive considering the price of the carrier.
