My eotech came from the factory with the locking bar on the mount installed upside down.
The dovetail  part need to be flipped over so it grabs the rail properly.
I know removing the torx screws voids the warranty, i dont care. i just want the damn thing to work correctly.  the mount as is doesnt hold zero after shooting for a day, and ive had it pop off a few times while handeling the weapon.
this will be mounted on my new Beowulf, and i know the recoil will pop the sight off as it is now.
anyone ever remove the torx screws to remove the metal cover?
