I am thinking of putting an aimoint on my 20" A2.  Would you get a mount that pust the optic infront of the carry handle like the ARMS #39 A2 plus mount or one that goes just on top of the carry handle?  Pics would be great too.

i would get a free float handguard and mount it there

i don't know its a pref thing...   i like it on top of the carrying handle with ior or arms mount...  if i need to make a more distant shot i can with my irons... but i like the idea of keeping my head more erect and straight for closer shots...
