hey all, should I send in my last months N-cell eotech for an upgrade?  This site is new and I like it very much.  Should I just stock up on N-cells or pay the $180 and upgrade to latest and greast AA model?

Depends on what you use it for.  IF you are going to take it to the range once in a while, you are probably fine.  I have one of the first ones that the battery life is 70 hours.  I have changed the batteries out once a year on it.  I dont make it to the range more than once every other month, sometimes that if i am lucky.  YMMV
