I was going to purchase an ARMS #40 A2.  Can I get buy with the same Front site post that came on my Bushmaster barrel or do I need to switch it out like it recommends in their site?

Thankyou

You will need to switch it out like it recommends on their site (.40 front sight post).

I use mine with my Bushy 20" just fine.

I'm in the same boat but I'm gonna try my current post before I lay down the cash for something I may or may not need.

It's hit and miss.

The only time I needed the .04" taller post was when using a BUIS along with two 20" barrels (Colt A1 and the other a Bushmaster A2).

Never needed the taller post on any carbine build (2 Bushy superlight, 1 Bushy M4, 1 Colt M4, 1 Bushy Dissipator).

Get one anyways. It's cheap insurance against a wasted trip to the range.
