Im looking at either a leupold rifleman reticle or burris or maybe a valdada.  anyone care to recommend something else.   I want something in a reticle patter like the  tao1 but i dont want to pay $700 and want something with mroe eye relief.  the tao1 i believe has only 1.5in of eye relief.

Alot of people here are waiting for range reports on the IOR 3x25 compact optic.

I seen that one too.  Actually im kinda ruling out the valdada line for an M4 because of the exposed knobs to the side (elevation and illumination)  they just stick out too far.
