Has anybody ever used an ATN Aries MK440 Gen. II night vision  riflescope? The website says that it has a detection range of 500  and a recognition range of 200. How good is the illuminator on this model? Would like to use it mostly for longer range capability on coyote. The yotes around here are gettin' shy.

Ok. Let me ask this then. How does Gen. 2 actually compare to Gen. 1? Is the image that much better or not  in yardage gain and clarity? Looked through a Gen.1 monocular tonight and was more than just disappointed. The range and clarity was utterly lousy.
