Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best Folding BUIS?

What is the best quality folding BUIS that can be mounted (obviously while in the down position) under an ACOG (either the TA11F or the TA31F) eyepiece? Online, I have seen the GG&G, Troy, ARMS and YHM. Have I missed any that I should consider? Any advice or comments from those with experience with any of these sights would be welcome along with any tips on where is the best place (price/service/availability) to find your recommended sight.

ARMS #40 will fit under an ACOG in an ARMS 19 or 19S mount, but not the Trijicon TA51.  A GG&G MAD will fit under a TA51.
