How much does the 22m68 extension move the sight up/forward? Also, when on a flat top, will the sight cowitness buis with the extension? Thanks, Carl

With the cantilever spacer the top mounting ring of the 22M68 is just about in the middle of the delta ring.  So the front end of the Aimpoint will be about 3 inches out from the receiver.  And the cantilever spacer is the same height as the full spacer, so to answer your other question, yes it will co-witness with your buis.

I think it raises it one half inch.  (I don't have it handy right now).
