Hi, can any one tell me if there is a scope that is adjustable with a max power of 14 not over 10 in long has a mil-dot retical and cost less than $80

I had some in mind, until that last part.  Do a Google search on NC Star, BSA or ATN.

Remember,

With optics you often get what you pay for.  You may want to look at the Super Sniper series of Tasco product offered by SWFA.  They are above your price range but are not "out of sight" like some high end scopes.  I have the 10 x 42 and am pleased with it.

Consider a Nikon Pro Staff. 3-9x40mm and it has a Lifetime Warranty. You can find them for $150 or so. This is the cheapest scope I would ever buy.
