Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What scope and handguard are on this rifle

I am trying to figure out what parts are on a typical USGI M4.   I have the NO ban rifle in standard USGI cinfiguration accept for the 16 inch barrel.  Now I want to look for the rest of the add ons.  Most of the Photos I have seen of te M4 with the troops have the scope in the below listed photo,  Can anyone ID the scope and also the hand guard and backup rear sight?
