Trust me, you don't want the "Tactical Carryhandle", which is neither tactical or a carry handle.  Even RRA dealers don't encourage sales of the TCH.

Yes, you can mount an AimPoint on it, and in fact that's the only tier-1 optic that will work on it, but it will only work using the cheap, junky, "AimPoint Low Ring".  The TCH also adds a lot of needless weight, and places the AimPoint too far to the rear.

I would change your order to exclude the TCH and spend that money on a more conventional mount for your AimPoint, if I were you.
