Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which mount?

If I go with an Aimpoint which is the best mount to go with. I have a flat top with the detachable handle. Would like to have iron sight capability. Haven't ever looked through a scope on  a flattop AR. What does the front sight look like? I am also right handed and left eye dominant. Any advice would be appreciated.

LaRue Aimpoint mount and either the LaRue BUIS or ARMS #40.

Lots of people here, including myself, run the ARMS#22M68 with spacer with great results. People also rave about the LaRue mount. You cannot go wrong with either.
